Model Language Proposals

Model language provides local associations with a starting point on single issues that will be discussed in the upcoming negotiation cycle. Not needing to start from scratch will allow you to choose what works for your district. These model language proposals were drafted with the assistance of SDEA’s General Counsel, and each proposal includes the Tentative Agreement signature space required when an agreement on wording is made with the District.
