White Paper: South Dakota’s Regulatory Desert Regarding A Safe Work Environment for Public School Teachers and Education Professionals
The 2023 SDEA Representative Assembly passed NBI 6, which directed SDEA to research and publish a “white paper” on the existence of state and federal law, regulation, and administrative statute regulating, guaranteeing, or protecting a safe work environment for SD teachers and education professionals.
