2025 SDEA/NEA Election

In the 2025 SDEA/NEA Election, there is one officer position and 12 board seats positions open to serve as a SDEA Board of Director and 13 seats open to serve as a 2024 NEA Representative Assembly Delegate.

January 15, 2025 is the last day to notify Loren Paul, SDEA/NEA President of your intent to run for SDEA Board of Director position, At-Large Board of Director position, or as a state-funded delegate to the NEA Representative Assembly (NEA RA).

NEA RA Delegate Election:

Members who wish to serve as a delegate to the 2025 NEA RA must indicate whether they want to be on the ballot as a state delegate and/or as a unit delegate. The NEA annual meeting will be held July 2 – July 6 in Portland, OR. Candidate declarations are due January 15, 2025.
