Trauma-Informed Classroom Sessions Mindfulness

Find out how to recognize when students have become disengaged from learning or when a student is near dysregulation, and experience first-hand some of the tools and activities you can use to calm the mind and re-engage students in learning.

At a Glance

This session focuses on how to recognize when students have become disengaged from learning, or when they are near dysregulation. We'll use sample brain breaks, mindful breathing, motion and other mindful activities to demonstrate hot to calm the mind and re-engage students in learning.
