BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOM: Participants who live more than 50 miles from the event are eligible for hotel reimbursement.

I understand that I am responsible for booking my own hotel room and will submit the hotel receipt for reimbursement of up to $82.50 per night.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn City Centre in Sioux Falls. Be sure to mention the SDEA Summer Academy when you call to make your reservation. If you prefer, you may make lodging arrangements at a different hotel.

I will not be needing a hotel room.

MILEAGE: SDEA will reimburse mileage at a rate of $0.25 a mile. Reimbursement will be calculated based on the round-trip distance from your home address to the Froiland Science Center.

I will be commuting from home each day.

I will be driving in and staying overnight near the event.
