January 15, 2022 is the last day to notify Loren Paul, SDEA/NEA President of your intent to run for SDEA Officer position, SDEA Board of Director position, At-large Board of Director position, or as a state-funded delegate to the NEA Representative Assembly.

NEA RA Delegate
Members who wish to serve as a delegate to the 2022 NEA RA must indicate whether they want to be on the ballot as a state delegate and/or as a unit delegate. The NEA annual meeting will be held July 2–July 6. Candidate declarations are due January 15, 2022.
